Dr. Katherine Horner is proud to serve the Richmond and Spring Grove area for over 15 years. Our practice was established in 1996 and serves both Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin patients. We look forward to the opportunity of serving your family's optometric needs. We are conveniently located in Richmond near the Nippersink Middle School.

The State of Illinois passed legislation in 2009 allowing optometrists to prescribe oral medications. Dr. Horner is certified to prescribe both topical and oral medications to treat and manage eye disease.

When making an appointment please inform the receptionist of any vision insurance plans.

We are able to submit for:
Vision Service Plan (VSP) and select EyeMed Vision Plans

EFFECTIVE June 1st, 2012 - we will no longer be submitting vision claims to Davis Vision or Humana VCP.
